Shipping Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items / custom orders, may take longer. Delivery Time is Minimum 6 days to Maximum 12 days.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as per ongoing promotions.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
Once dispatched you should receive tracking link on your shared WhatsApp number through our Shipping Channel Partner. Shipping dates mentioned can be changed by our shipping partners, we don't own the guarantee of on-time shipping.
Once shipped, you cannot alter the mailing address or change the shipping dates or cancel the shipment. It will be handled by our courier partners. We must comply with their advices.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
4. Third-Party Shipping Errors
We partner with reliable third-party courier services for shipping. However, in case of any delays, lost shipments, or damages due to courier service mishandling, we will coordinate with the service provider to resolve the issue. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect order to initiate a resolution.
5. Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify customers of expected delays and work towards a resolution.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address and Contact Information
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses and contact information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or contact information, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
7. Non-Delivery & Return to Sender
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned due to multiple failed attempts or incorrect address/contact details, a refund (excluding shipping charges) may be processed or a re-shipment arranged at the customer’s expense. Re-shipment cost in case of wrong shipping address / receiver not available will be charged to the purchaser.
Undelivered Orders - For all all orders undelivered due to wrong shipping address/ customer not contactable / any other reasons shipping cost will charged to customer. Refund for Prepaid / Partially Paid order in such cases shall be provided in form of digital gift card / digital coupon (post deducting the shipment amount which is FLAT INR 150).
8. Cancellations Post Shipment
Cancellations requested post shipment cannot be accepted, refund for Prepaid / Partially Paid order in such cases shall be provided in form of digital gift card / digital coupon (post deducting the shipment amount which is FLAT INR 150).
