Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with unboxing video (360 degree view) capturing any defects.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. The returned products must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Any orders placed during "Black Friday, Valentines Day or any other festive Sale", if returned then the discount amount will be adjusted according to the number of products returned
- If you are opting for Store Credit, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of ₹150 from the product amount, you will get this credit within 48 hours of reverse pickup.
- If you are opting for a Money Refund to the original payment method, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of ₹250. The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned shipment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped; poor condition or damage voids the refund.
- All freebies received must be returned with the product of which the return is initiated. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the respective amount from the refund issued for the returned product
- The return and exchange process will be applicable only once for the original order.
- Missing articles Claim - Please make sure you record a 360 view uncut unpacking video for any missing articles claim with the courier company. No request will be entertained without 360 view uncut unpacking video.
- We send our packages in fully sealed courier bags, please do not accept tampered packages from courier partner, we will not entertain / be responsible for any claims hence made after receiving tampered packages from courier team.
PLEASE NOTE: Skin Care Tools, pre-curated hampers, Personalised Jewellery, etc., cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with proof of defect if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved the replaced product will be delivered with in 15 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return requests accepted and approved the exchanged product will be delivered with in 15 days else you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved the payment will be returned to the original payment method. Please remember it can 15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@myartn.com.
